Asking prices are not home values
The median asking price below is the middle of what was listed for sale that month. It is not what a typical home in the county is worth. The census median home value for Marysville is $338,900, and that figure counts every home in the city, not only the ones on the market in a given month. Use these figures to read the direction of the market, and ask me for comparable sales before you price anything.

Homes for sale counts active listings at month end, excluding pending sales. Days on market is the median for listings active during the month. Price cut is the share of active listings that reduced their asking price. Year-over-year compares against the same month a year earlier.
These are county-wide listing figures from a public dataset, not my own sales. For what homes actually sold for on a specific street, the record is the MLS, and I will pull it for you.
